The Newcastle Community Association (NCA) was founded in 2020 in response to the construction of temporary supportive housing at 250 Terminal and the potential impact of that development on the resiliency of the Newcastle neighbourhood. We officially formed the association at our first Annual General Meeting in March 2021 when a Statement of Purpose and a set of Bylaws were adopted by the membership.
